The Cedar Ridge Homeowners Association maintains the bridge. But outside of some massive flood-event all that needs to be done is a periodic resurfacing.
The rainfall since Jan. 7th is now a hair's breadth from 9 inches!!

By the time I finished posting yesterday it was at 9.11 inches. Crazy.
